Hi Ronins!

I’m looking to take over email marketing for some ecommerce brands that are in my group. What is a typical % of sales that you take in those deals?

Typical AOV is $60-100

I told then they have to be at $10,000 a month minimum sales and have over 5000 emails.

Me and my team would be handling all the copy and creative of the emails and sending them out/segmentation. Basically everything.

Would love your feedback on how to structure this so that everyone wins.
