FTC crackdown?

Has anyone else seen the book sold by a certain marketer talking about how most internet marketers are not in compliance with FTC rules? His company was sued for making unfounded claims. The ad for the book makes it sound like pretty much anyone selling online is ripe for a lawsuit.

Just curious about others' takes on this, especially Travis. Thank you.
