We've kept the emails as is and our loom directs to our community (and ofc we keep the chat going in the inbox)..

Anyway, stats..

So we've had 4 positive replies in total with 4 looms sent out.

And we've followed up, but no coffee dates yet.

Soooo, question for the CDOD gang and those running similar outreach:

Are you seeing people join the community instead of taking calls? (We've not seen either yet LOL)
Or are you converting interest → calls without a community step?

Self diagnosis, I think our join the community is a bottleneck, but I'm open to being wrong!
