BDTS on potential marketing fb group

Ok so I am in talks with a guy with one of the few "digital marketing" facebook communities in South Africa

Something like 5 years old.

The group has been basically dead for over a year.

Basically no monetisation except for some agency work that the owner got from it with local biz owners.

But I know it has a bunch of SA based agencies and copywriters etc in it.

The guy considered killing it like 2 weeks ago and to try and revive it again a week ago lol.. but he basically has no plan.

Told him I would be interested in buying, and he is open to selling.

Asked me what I would pay, so I used some BDTS to get a price from him first.

Now he says that he will think about it, but he's not sure if it would even be valuable to me or not.

And asked what I am looking to get out of it etc in a voice note.

I am pretty sure I could at least get a couple dozen people into my Skool from it though.

Maybe even sell some PSM

Or get auction partners...

Or both..

Could offer to get auction referrals from it and give him a cut, but I think I'd rather just buy it and skip the back and forth.

Not sure where to go from here.

Do I talk about auctions, do I say I wanna sell products or get rev share partners?

Or something else?
