The NEER concept seems to hit a stroke with a lot of you guys. (Naturally Existing Economic Relationships)

A helpful question is:

And because it's nearly Christmas.

An easy prompt to think a little bit less.

"I am [what are you?] for [niche]. I want to built Joint Ventures with other vendors who serve this market. Can you give me examples of companies who has my customers before, while, after or instead of me? Give me at least 5 examples for every situation."
