A practical question on delivery

A practical question: How are content deliverers doing the technical aspects of making their content accessible in the partnerships?

Are they hosting the content on their own platforms? - ie Kajabi

Are they packaging the content somehow and handing it over to the partner?

Would love to understand how to best set this up :)
