I just wrapped up my AMA yesterday and I had put a few numbers together for it.
So I thought I'd share them with ya'll here.
All in all I put together 15 deals in 2024..
5 of them I ended up putting out of their misery after about 2 or 3 emails.
Only 1 of those 5 turned out to be a real pain in the ass.
But I ditched it after the 2nd email.
Out of that I had 10 deals that resulted in $1,680,000 in revenue.
What was even better?
The % that I got to keep! (the average was between 30% to 40% on deals.
One of those deals alone made up around $526,000 of that total revenue number.
And that one I was 40% of.
One big take away is getting more from less.
2025 will be the year of fewer partners...
...but going DEEPER with them.
All in all I learned A LOT from this year.
I learned that even though I had a great year I still "spent" more energy than I needed to at times.
I could have "invested" my energy and I.P. in a lot smarter ways.
But that's ok...
Learning can be gauged by behavior change.
And I'm in the midst of making those changes now.
