Core Strength
I’ve really been trying to focus on strengthening my core because I realized that when I try to do certain moves on my skates, I struggle because I naturally lean forward. So every morning I’ve been stretching for 30 minutes and focusing on doing crunches, sit ups and push ups. When I skated the other night at a session my balance felt better and I was able to do a one-foot pivot. I was so excited!
