1;20 Mixed cadences endurance spin Last one training for this year. Plus à PB on the 15sec sprint from 907w to 957w. Take some days off now going to see my parents , brother and sisters. We celebrate christmas late. Re-start in january !

Daily Accountability
Attempted the 5x5 VO2 session. Managed to complete 3 blocks for set duration. 4th block did 2:30 and 5th block did 3:00 Bloody brutal. But in hindsight I think I could’ve suffered a little bit longer

@Alex Omar you Did 5min? I Did 4min here and 6min rest. Dont know if your rest were shorter than mine but it goes kinda well. Cardio was good but legs were burn a bit for the last two because of the high rpm. What was your schéma for your workout?

Beautiful Xmas eve ride in the sunshine. 2 hrs zone 2 with a few sprints thrown in to keep it interesting. Happy Christmas all 👊

Happy Christmas folks, I hope everyone has a great time with family & friends. I’ll be slower than normal responding to anything that comes in for the next few days.
