Low Cadence work
I’ve read that the data on low cadence work is inconclusive with some tests showing gains and others showing no gains. Then there’s the added risk of injury to the knee that comes from the increase in torque.
On the other side we see pros regularly utilising this training method. Where do you stand on this esp as you have prescribed this as part of your sessions.
