Coach. I don’t really want to join a gym unless absolutely necessary. Can you suggest the equipment needed to do the sessions at home.
Eg kettlebells that can be used for goblet squats and also for an improvised dead lifts and kettle bell swings. Looks like a stability ball is defo needed. But for exercises like the reverse row or cable leg pulls is there any alternative that I do at home with some basic equipment. Which weigh kettleballs would u suggest to begin with. Or dumbbells etc
