You're not always going to feel like showing up and doing the work. Most days you won't. Days when you're exhausted. Days when you're frustrated. Days when you're unfocused. These aren't signs for you to slow down... "Listen to your body"... ...or wait for tomorrow. These days are tests. Everyone can execute when they feel good. That’s the easy part. Winners have trained themselves to execute regardless of how they feel. They don't have it any easier than you do. Most days... They feel like shit, too. They just don't negotiate with their emotions. When their bitch voice shows up and tells them to "take it easy"... They shut it down by pivoting into productive action. If you can train yourself to execute on the days you don’t feel like it… Who the fuck could possibly beat you? The answer is very few. Pass these tests by making execution non-negotiable. No matter how you feel. No matter what you did yesterday. No matter what you plan to do tomorrow. Execute.
