Hi ladies and gents,

As I embark on my new life year, one of the main goals I am setting out to achieve, is to get back into shape, which will.also help in getting more stylish.

Now, to make it real and as part of motivation, I am sharing my starting figures. This will help me to stay on track and I will share my journey as I go along.

I am 6'1, starting weight 297 lbs.....shocking to say that out loud!
