Im sharing my winter goals as a form of accountability and community! I would love for you all to help keep me accountable, and I can do the same for you all!
My main goal this winter is to lean down even more and increase my VO2 max (basically cardiovascular endurance). I dont want to step on a bodybuilding stage, but I want to lean back down to where I used to be at, about 10-14% bodyfat.
