Dressing like your in cinema.

Hey gents, I see alot of shorts on YouTube with young guys dressed in the style of the series Peeky Blinders. I think they're in Europe. They look great. Of course they do it for attention. I hope this starts a trend of young guys dressing up instead of down. I know its a trend but how viable would this style be? Or would it be seen as a joke? What do you all think?
