Double Breasted 3 Piece Suit Question

Hello Gentlemen

I am planning to get a MTM 3 piece double breasted suit. I know this may seem like an obvious question, but should the vest also be double breasted? I would imagine it would be, but I'm just thinking of the visual and wonder how much of the best you would actually see.

Also, has anyone had any experience with suit shop? They have some nice tweed suits, but I'm not sure of the quality.
