While this could easily be labeled an OOTD, I’ve intentionally chosen to file it under the "Wins and Gratitude" category. One of the core reasons many of us joined RMRS was to better define our signature look—an expression shaped by culture, age, geography, profession, and lifestyle. Over the past year, one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that personal style is not static; it evolves. For me, it wasn’t until the last six months that I truly began to dial in a look that feels authentic—one grounded in comfort, ease, and confidence. That clarity has allowed me to formalize my style so I can dress with intention, consistency, and quiet authority. Still a few years from retirement, the impression I aim to convey is grounded, confident, successful, masculine, cultured, and regional—above all, authentic.
I’m deeply grateful to the members of this group who have selflessly shared their wisdom, experiences, and lessons learned along the way. Your openness—both in what’s worked and what hasn’t—has been invaluable, and it’s played a meaningful role in helping me arrive at this point.
