I've got some questions related to retirement plan accounts at LPL - any experts out there willing to hop on a call this week?

Does anyone have any ideas, I have email templates for welcome emails when a client accounts is opened. Can anyone think of a way to make a reminder to the advisor to send out?

Our office recently transitioned to Advyzon for our CRM, and we are somewhat overwhelmed by the robustness of its workflow capabilities. Does anyone have workflow templates they are willing to share? Would love to see how other offices use Advyzon to track/manage incoming account transfers, client meetings, etc. Thanks!

Does anyone utilize Jump with AdvisorEngine, Orion, eMoney, and Holistiplan? Or any of these systems with Jump if not all? We have been using Jump for note taking for about a year and are trying to utilize it for meeting prep and would like to hear others' experience if applicable.

Specifically trying to understand: - What your full process looks like from trade decision to execution to documentation to reconciliation - Whether you’re using manual logs like Google Sheets or Excel or relying fully on custodial or reporting systems - How you’re capturing the reason for trade and linking it back to strategy or IPS - How you handle daily or next day reconciliation with confirms - Any checks or controls you’ve built to reduce errors I’m currently exploring a structured but simple approach, starting manual and then layering automation later, and trying to avoid overengineering early on.
