Does anyone have any recommendations for a group plan for Claude? We haven't introduced to our firm yet, however we would like to start with a smaller group of individuals- approximately 10 users.

Hey all! We are using SharePoint for our internal document management tool. We recently acquired an IAR and added a Jr. Advisor. Each of these people needs different permissions. We want to make sure we structure our SharePoint so we have a "common space" for shared resources, and then set permissions so our Junior is not privy to everything just yet. Basically, we are seeking a one-time project from someone who knows SharePoint well and can guide us on the proper way to add new members and permissions. What we have tried to date has not worked, and it seems like we are spending more time undoing those mistakes. Any recommendations?

Hi everyone! Question regarding Calendly. Currently, my COO is having issues with her Calendly account synching with her Outlook calendar. Rather than synching with her own calendar, it continuously maps to another colleague's calendar. We have tried completely deleting her account and reregistering but for some reason that didn't even work. Our IT is stumped and Calendly support is very limited and not so helpful. Anyone experience something like this? My thought is it could be linked to shared calendars.

Hi! Our team is working on capital call communications that require client‑specific emails. We’ve successfully built the merge template, but we’re running into an issue with the sending address. Ideally, these emails need to come from our team inbox rather than an individual mailbox. The Mail Merge can only send from Outlook’s default account. Does anyone have any insight?
