Data inconsistencies - disorganized data, hard to run accurate reports

Reinventing the wheel - We want to operate more efficiently but we don't know how, so we all operate differently

Inefficient - We have information stored in too many places, I spend half my day looking for things

Tech implementation/Adoption - We have a bunch of technology but no one uses it
