Hiring: Operations Manager | Fee-Based Planning | Remote (VA/DC/MD) preferred)

We’re hiring an Operations Manager at Concentric Private Wealth, an independent, fee-based firm.

This role is for an experienced operator who enjoys owning day-to-day firm execution in a client-centered, regulated environment. You’d be responsible for keeping core systems running smoothly, overseeing client service operations, managing processes and vendors, and partnering closely with the CEO to support both firm execution and the client experience.

Ideal background:

5+ years in operations or client service within a financial planning or wealth management firm
Brings a thoughtful eye to both systems and experience—designing engaging client and team touchpoints (events, gifting, communications) with care and discretion, while building and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and CRM systems that enable consistent execution
Steady, detail-oriented operator who values follow-through, sound judgment, and doing things the right way

Fully remote, with occasional travel to Northern VA for team and client events.
