Hey there! I'm Jenny — I'm a juicer and in my happy place when I'm knee-deep in food prep or creating a new vegan recipe (or three 🤪). I'm also a self-taught, full-time plant-based experimenter 🌿. I went completely plant-based a little over a year ago after witnessing firsthand what food could actually do — and heal — for me. I had tried it ALL. Keto, Carnivore, Atkins, GLP-1, powders, pills… you name it. Nothing worked, and I was simply sick and tired of being sick and tired. So I joined a 28-day online fruitarian challenge — and went all in. 🥳 Since then, I've shed 60 lbs naturally, reversed pre-diabetes, dropped my fasting blood sugar from 165 → 72, lowered my A1C from 6.9 → 5.0, healed my gut, cleared my brain fog, healed insulin resistance, reduced inflammation, and finally started pooping daily (hallelujah 🙌). Once my body felt this good, my heart naturally followed — and that's when I became fully vegan. For the first time in my adult life, I've been able to maintain a healthy weight — and at 48 years young, I'm on ZERO medications, prescription or over-the-counter. That's huge, considering I was medicated for most of my adult life. Now I share the real, the messy, the delicious, and the always-magical journey of living plant-based — the food, the habits, and the everyday wins (and losses) — so people can see that healthy living doesn't have to be hard or boring. —> Rooted & Wild

How to know when to MAKE cycles and when to BREAK them
While this week in our community we were talking about 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬 (like, homeo- & allostasis and hustle & flow switching), there are also many cycles that it might be better to BREAK! 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, 𝐰𝐞’𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬, where certain patterns are passed on from generation to generation and you might not even be aware of it. This actually came up for me quite intensely this week as I had a call with @Lesley Christine inside her lovely community “Playing the Game of Life” here on skool. I connected to Lesley after I had an intuitive download for myself that I shared here in the Thrive Community, in which I for the first time linked my emotional eating to my grandfather: As kids we were told the story that when he finally was released from Russian war captivity after WWII in 1947, he ate a huge pot of split pea soup my grandma had just made. And that’s why was always a “rounder” person (only later did I learn that it actually made him quite sick and he almost died form it 🤯). Wanting to tune into this and possible other subconscious reasons for my pattern of emotional eating which Lesley does with muscle testing, she discovered that this pattern emerged at least 4 generations back from my mothers/grandfather’s side 🤯! Wow. Will need some effort to clear THAT energy 😅 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 – 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 (𝐨𝐛𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 😏): 𝑬𝒑𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔! In a nutshell, epigenetics are a sort of tags that can be added to your DNA and activate or inactivate the tagged genes (“one level above”, so to say, hence epi – genetic). These tags are one reason, for example, why identical twins (especially when growing up under different circumstances) are never fully identical even thought they share the exact same DNA.

It was about 40 minutes into the Summit… The blazing heat outside was starting to make its way inside the room. As I looked around, two people had their heads down, slumber sweetly descending upon them, the heat and rhythmic nature of the speeches lulling them to sleep. Vincenzo and I had gotten an overview of all the technology and how to use the Mic and set up Zoom, but not the overview of how to turn on the swamp cooler. Then, Josh Haag took the stage. He minced no words. He immediately had everyone stand up and say loudly, “I am open!” And then, “ I am worthy!” He wasn’t letting anyone sleep through transformational content, not on his watch. He even threatened to make us do jumping jacks if we didn’t respond enthusiastically enough! Spoken like a true motivational movement coach. It immediately changed the state of the room. Such a powerful moment. My partner, @Steve Smith, jumped into action, inspired by the energy shift. He sorted out how to turn on the swamp cooler. It wasn’t obvious. But he’s a tech whisperer. He figured it out. Between Josh’s creation of the palpable energy shift and the coolness coming on thanks to the now functional swamp cooler, everyone shifted into a higher gear. We somehow felt more open, more worthy, more ready to receive and participate. My Future Self's Transformation ✨
I have always loved to dance, right from a young child. It took me to train professionally in performance and dance teaching at a musical theatre college. It then took me to travel the UK performing, and even oversees where I danced in up to 3 shows a day! I then was lucky enough to start to share my passion and love for the art and the movement in studios, teaching all ages from baby classes all the way up to adults who may have never danced before. But I wanted something more, I wanted to travel and I wanted to live somewhere sunny, and I wanted to be able to do all of these things but still teach dance, still help people on their journey. Whether they are a beginner who wants to have fun moving their body or whether they are a dancer seeking private coaching, and most of all I wanted to maintain these relationships where ever I was in the world and continue to help and dance with these people. So I took a leap, and I started an online community doing this. I started to meet people from all over the world who were taking my live dance classes. They were learning my choreography in different time zones and they were reaching their own personal goals alongside me! Now I am in Australia, I’ve moved to the other side of the world, and I’m teaching even more dancers! I’m helping people to learn the basics, and keep fitness as a positive experience. And I’m helping experienced dancers elevate their training with 1-1 classes and a personalised dance programme. And it’s now my sole income, I can travel whenever I want and live the dream in real life ✨ Here is my online dance community that I’m growing to be able to live this life, and experience this transformation story happen for real!
