Guidance required for closing a PPC client
Hi PPC Experts, I'm seeking some advice. We're trying to upsell a client on PPC services. We primarily provide products for their brand and he is very happy & satisfied with our current services. After auditing his PPC Sponsored Product campaigns, we noticed some common but minor issues. Like most campaigns are running without optimization, resulting in 100%+ ACOS. Since most products are high-ticket items, the overall account situation seems good. ACOS is 11%-13%, and the CVR is 8%, which is acceptable for high-ticket products. The total number of advertised products in this account is more than 60. The client is satisfied with his current PPC manager, who handles the account manually and charges only $300. Yes, only $300, that's the main concern. I'm mentioning all these details to seek advice on whether it's worth putting in special efforts for this type of account, considering all the above details. What if we offer him 1-2 months of free service and then pitch a monthly retainer? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. Regards
Need Suggestion on Pricing:
Two meetings Done with client, closing offer is just left: 1- first discovery call, we introduced ourselves and got to point of pricing, as we was not aware of brand positioning, client gave us it's audit to see what current position of brand and what we can do for it's growth. 2- 2nd meeting done today we presented audit, growth plan, our agency operations model and PPC plan. 3- We had pricing in mind for one marketplace( UK) but end of meeting client said she want us to manage US MARKET and UK AS WELL. 4- Brand is making 0.25M REVENUE, A Month, 3M a year in USA, UK IS JUST LAUNCHED. 5- ONE American ppc agency handling ppc of that brand and 2 VA from pakistan for catalog stuff etc. 6- She wanted us to manage A-Z as she want one agency for everything. 7- US have 20+ parent listings with alot of variations collective around 300sku and more listing coming in. Same listing are in UK. WHAT SHOULD BE OUR PRICING PLAN? I can give more detail if needed to build the answer.

Sales Psychology Pt.2
1. Selling to the wrong target audience is a waste of time and money. 2. What people say about you, is more important than what you say about yourself. 3. Never assume people can or can't buy your product. Get clear evidence. 4. Empathy, persuasion and pattern identification are the TOP 3 skills you need to learn in Sales. 5. Always go for the close. You miss 100% of the opportunities you don't take.
Sales Psychology
1. The key to 'better selling' is to stop selling and start genuinely caring. 2. Detach yourself from the outcome of any sales conversation. 3. Don't sell features or even benefits, sell outcomes and transformations. 4. NEVER trade your reputation for money. 5. To increase your sales, simply increase your conversations with ideal clients.
