Freedom isn’t just a national holiday. 🇺🇸
Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy as Americans. But I’ve been thinking about a different kind of freedom. The freedom to tell the truth. The freedom to have hard conversations. The freedom to stop living according to someone else’s expectations. The freedom to become the leader your future requires. The freedom to grow. I’ve learned that most people aren’t held back by a lack of opportunity. They’re held back by fear. Fear of disappointing people. Fear of failure. Fear of conflict. Fear of being misunderstood. Real leadership begins the moment you stop letting fear make your decisions. That’s why self-awareness matters so much. The more you understand yourself, the less you’re controlled by your emotions, your blind spots, and other people’s opinions. Freedom isn’t doing whatever you want. Freedom is having the discipline to do what matters most, even when it’s uncomfortable. Today, as you celebrate with family and friends, ask yourself one question: Where do I need more freedom in my leadership? ❤️ React with the number that fits you best: 1️⃣ Freedom from fear 2️⃣ Freedom from people-pleasing 3️⃣ Freedom from procrastination 4️⃣ Freedom from limiting beliefs 5️⃣ Freedom from my own blind spots Happy Fourth of July. Enjoy the day, and tomorrow let’s get back to becoming the leaders we’re capable of becoming. 🇺🇸

$54K deal signed. The approach is stealable.
Quick win: signed a $54K deal last week to bring AI-driven data intelligence to a client. The short version of the approach: companies are sitting on data they only use to report what happened. An AI intelligence layer turns that same data into teed-up decisions, what needs attention and why, before the week starts. Excited to build it. Happy to share more if there's interest. Happy 4th to all!!
The Last day of "The 100"
I'm currently ranked 14th. The Top 10 get an all-expense-paid trip to LA with Sam Ovens (CEO Skool), Andrew Kirby, and Hormozi. I'm going for NO!!!! My goal was a $100k month. Technically, I might fall short of that, but I would've never gotten the $360k opportunity if I hadn't been pushing myself to the highest offer ever. 🫢😳 Yesterday, I got the green light for a 2-year, $360k deal (still needs board sign-off) $15k deal $5k deal (single coaching) $5k deal ( <2> PDP Certifications) Upgraded one client from $3k month to $5k month $9500 PDP Platinum Client My urgency continues to grow. I hope you all are still pushing and not getting bored with the outcomes you want. Go For No... Like our new banner?

Grateful
Expressing gratitude for this group. It’s a privilege to be in the company of people who are at successful stages and keen to grow and evolve. I’m still at the baby biz stage, so it’s pretty cool to hear you guys quote gastronomical prices for your work and worth. I know I’ll get there one day because of it. Yesterday on the call, I shared something about belief. Earlier in the week, I was paid for three days’ work, but when I received the money, I felt depressed because it didn’t seem like enough. I therefore tied it to feelings of failure, low self-worth, and a sense of inferior value. To reframe it, however, I proposed an amount I had never proposed before for a service I uniquely specialise in. And it’s the start of building my long-term, future-self offer and vision. So that’s cool. After our Friday call, I decided to go for it and win the day by sending another quote for a follow-up service to the same client. I quoted a price and package I’d never done before, so that felt good, too. However, when I left the office, I received some information about that project. I was offering writing services (website copy) for an art gallery that was launching an exhibition. The artist sent me the catalogue, and my jaw dropped at the listed prices for their work, as it meant I could have charged much more for the value I was giving the gallery. The past version of me at the start of the week would have felt a bit depressed and maybe berated myself a bit upon receiving this news. The new one, funnily enough, just laughed it out loud at myself and shook it off instantly. Because I know it’s the start of a long road and I’m building something unique to me and my skills. The irony is that my own artworks command similar and greater prices, but I’ve been so out of that loop of selling my work on the art market that I’d completely forgotten that aspect of it. Something to raise my floor on! Nonetheless, grateful to be here.
A Different Kind of Scaling
I mentioned on the last call that I’ll be setting up large sheets of paper in my studio to draw on. We joked about Imperial/metric measurements, but I thought I’d share a few pictures to show the scale. I decided to focus on one sheet at a time, so I’m not split-focused. Even setting it up was a future-self move about legacy-building and, hopefully, a grand-slam offer (big is beautiful). Measures 150 x 200 cm.
