  1. Fear becomes feedback. Discomfort becomes a metric.
  2. What emotion do I resist feeling the most — and why?
  3. When I imagine being rejected, what’s the physical sensation I feel? (What if that feeling was simply a signal of growth? - see Marcel's "NO" story this week)
  4. What story have I told myself about what “no” means? (Whose voice or belief does that story actually come from?)
  5. What was a time when a “no” turned out to be a blessing, AND What did it lead me to that I wouldn’t have found otherwise?
As we continue to go for "NO" - let's share some of our responses publicly. Others' responses help me realize things I struggle with, even things I didn't realize were a struggle for me. This is how the collective grows.
