On Tuesday, November 4, I hosted my first client appreciation dinner. What an amazing experience! Not realizing all the preparation that went into this, time flew by. We had room for 30 people and 23 attended. I think that was a great showing, especially for my first time doing this. The restaurant where I held the event was excellent and we received many compliments from the clients about the restaurant. I've been stepping out of my comfort zone and contacting them via text, email, and phone calls to find out what they liked and disliked about the presentation. Also trying to get them to become wealth management clients. A couple of them are definitely interested but we 're waiting for them to take the next step. I'm trying to be respectful and not bombard them with contacting them, but I want to stay top of mind, so they don't forget, especially with the holidays right around the corner. It was a great experience, and I see the benefit to doing this again. I need to see some results to offset the cost of this dinner.
