Yesterday I read that the great violinist Hilary Hahn has had one of her cervical discs replaced. Apparently she still has to work to integrate the nerve function and strength. I knew the last two years she had been having a pinched nerve leading to canceled performances. She is 46.
I no longer have any pain when I play my violin/viola. And I think that the flattening in my cervical spine is gone and I have a normal curve. That had plagued me off and on since my 30's. (I am 60.) I credit the work from R3generate movement and bodywork with Jay for that change.
