Walking with the 6 Body Codes guides you through the 6 Body Codes and teaches practical movement drills that build awareness around locomotion, helping your body walk with better alignment, efficiency, and ease.

These shorter classes omit the Body Scan and Decompression phases, allowing you to get directly into the active phases of the 7-Phase Regenerative Formula. Each session runs 20–40 minutes and is designed for focused, efficient practice.
