"I found it so daunting..." (Then this happened ๐Ÿš€)
@Adrianna Kollar wanted to build a community for people with MS. Great mission. High stakes. But she was stuck. In her own words, she "didn't know where to start." We worked together to install the foundations of her community. But here is the secret: We didn't just build a "content library." We built a Game Loop. We designed the group so that engagement wasn't forced: it was automatic. The result? She went from "daunting" to Launch in 3 weeks. But the real win is what happened after the doors opened. Listen to this part of the video: "People are engaging in the group sessions... and posting in the group." โ€” Adriana She didn't have to beg for attention. Her members showed up ready to play. That is the power of building with Engagement Mechanics from Day 1. Watch the full story below ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐ŸŽฎ Big Update (check the comments)
The Broken Advice Oracle
How it works: 1. First person asks the Oracle for advice. (โ€œOracle, how do I get more members to engage?โ€) 2. Next person replies with hilariously terrible advice. (โ€œPost only at 3:17 am while juggling bananas.โ€) 3. The cycle continues with new questions and broken advice. Rules: - Advice must be playfully wrong or unhelpful. - No repeats. When you are finished playing, DM me "Mystery Gift" to collect your mystery gift.
The Broken Advice Oracle
Genie got my wish wrong

Text or image/GIF are welcome (โ€œYou are kinda rich but extremely smelly all the timeโ€) 3.The game keeps going with new wishes and fun ways to break the wish Rules: - Answers must be creative and ruin the wish - No repeating answers When you are finished playing, DM me "Mystery Gift" to collect your mystery gift.

Work hard, play hard
One of the reasons I work hard and go deep, is to also have moments of disconnect. I'm currently on a break, I'll share what that looks like for me in the comments. How about you? What does taking a break look like in your world? I'm reading you in the comments
