What are the correct file formats for poster downloads on ETSY please

Hi Everyone, I am just about to post my first designs on Etsy but I am drowning in self doubt about the format of the files that are to be uploaded for a customer to download. I was very happy with my designs and they look great on jpg or pdf RGB but when I follow YouTube advice to have them also as a pdf with CMYK they look a horrible muddy colour ruining the posters. I've wasted days looking to see if I can only do a standard pdf with RGB or a jpg and still be a quality seller on the site. Any guidance very gratefully accepted.
