Refund request

I’ve received my first complaint after 6 months of my shop being open.

They have requested a refund and are complaining about the use of AI , so they are saying it wasn’t disclosed in the listing which it must be in Etsy. They want to return the print and are asking for a full refund. Unfortunately it’s a framed print so quite a big hit.

What would you suggest.
