Hi all 👋

New here and looking for some newbie guidance.

Just setting up my first listing and wanted to know how you all deal with different ratios/sizes and customer satisfaction.

By that I mean I have my prints in all ratios but the image advertised in the listing is an A size, so when a customer orders something like a 2:3 variant, the image will be cropped slightly and the text I have at the bottom on both sides will have different spacing/alignment etc.

I know it's funamentally the same print but has anyone ever had any isses when the customer's print arrives and they notice it's slightly different to what was shown on the listing?
