PrintShrimp & Etsy - SKU matching question

Hi everyone, I am new to Printshrimp and POD. I have read the Ultimate Guide and watched the video, but I still get confused about how to input the SKU in Etsy correctly. As I understand, there is only one main SKU in Printshrimp given that there are several different sizes. When I input the SKU in Etsy, I need to create a more unique SKU? e.g. BeachwallartA1, BeachwallartA2..etc, then manually input in Etsy Variations, is this correct?

If a customer places an order on Etsy, how does it match my product in Printshrimp provided that there is only one main SKU on Printshrimp backend?
