Print sizes

I’m so close to starting but I can’t understand the size issues. When im designing my posters it’s in ratio set sizes, I can transfer it to free canva so do I extend it to fit in the page, is it A4?(poster upscaled and 300dpi).

When I list it in Etsy I don’t know what size it is whether it’s A4 or 3:4? If my image is a certain size say A4 and someone wanted it bigger or smaller would it affect the position of the poster? Anyone help? Thanks
