I just had a look at my actual storefront today and I've had 75 sales!!! Everyday feels like a battle with the Etsy gods, and every day I go to bed praying I at least break even on my ad spend, but there definitely is progress (or at least not regress) even if small every day. My ad spend now is $20 a day (on weekends $40). I turn my ads on and off throughout the day trying to catch when I think more people will be online scrolling. This helps to not use up my ad money too early in the day and leave none for late at night. I currently have 150 prints and each week I am adding a few more.
