Offering Digital Downloads alongside all other listings??

What does everyone think of this idea..... https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/4304779706/

On one hand, I think it is a great idea, pin this at the top of the page, then if anyone wants a digital download only it is available to them. On the other hand, I don't want to detract away from purchasing a physical product. But, a sale would be a sale, right??
