newbie sku setup with frames

I havent done anything in Printshrimp re the etsy store , excpt connect. I have my first 4 posters setup on etsy. sizes are 12x18, 18x20, 18x24 and 24x36. I am also offering the 3 frames . I customized the pricing in etsy for size, frame choice and multi sku's. Because I modified etsy for size and frame variations, will it cause a problem if i use the tools available at printshrimp to do a bulk update? Tools

Step 1: 🔍 Bulk Change Etsy SKUs and Step 2: 🏷️ Bulk Change Etsy Variations & Prices. I am hoping to understand how to configure my store for sizes and frames. Plus what about paper choices the customer wants, Gloss, Satin or Matte?
