Issues recreating different aspect ratios / DPI

Hi all, i've created 11 designs in Asizes and yesterday I got a sale (my first one actually) in a 4:5 AR. Im struggling to get 300 DPI though on the resize. I have downloaded from mid journey again and resized in Canva + upscaled using upscale.media. Its increased my pixels to 4320 wide 5760 high but ive still only got 96 DPI horizontal and 96 DPI vertical.

When you zoom in it looks fairly crisp since the upscale.

Ive watched the videos, viewed others queries and use ai for quick advice too but I cant seem to find the issue, Am i missing something or perhaps made a mistake on the steps ive taken here?

I'll have to extend dispatch date as due to go out tomorrow.

Any advice would be appreciated
