International Pricing confusion!

So I've watched the videos on this and the suggested £2 and £4 uplifts on pricing - but if I turn on set global and domestic pricing then it wipes out all the PrintShrimp recommended pricing I already had set up and asks me to input pricing for each region separately, including UK. I'm sure in the video it showed you could add an additional £X to orders from other countries - am I missing something?
