First refund, advice please 🙏🏻

I list vintage style travel posters and I’ve had a refund request based on pixelisation and quality although I’m torn whether I should accept as it’s the style, maybe I’m blinkered 🤷🏻‍♂️ Any honest thoughts appreciated, maybe the description or images need to show the listings aren’t as sharp
