Any advice welcome

Hi All. Hope your stores are going well and you're getting some great sales.

I recently opened my store middle of last week. Im loving the design process for the posters however even using Eranks keyword tool help I just don't seem to be getting any clicks, let alone any orders. I have set up my Ads and have had 1300 views as since last week but have only had about 7 clicks.
