If you’re not getting clients consistently…
You don’t need more followers.
You don’t need to spend more on ads.

You need to look at where they’re dropping off.
Because most people don’t have a lead problem.
They have a funnel problem.
Here’s what that looks like:
- People click your content, but never opt in
- They opt in, but never book a call
- They book a call… but never show up
- They show up… and never buy
Every step loses a few.
That’s normal.
But most creators never stop to ask:
Where are the holes in my funnel?
They keep pouring in more water - More traffic, more spend, more time…
And wonder why it’s still not filling up.
If you don’t stop and patch it, you’ll just keep burning time and cash chasing new leads instead of converting the ones you already have.
Fix the funnel, then fuel it.
That’s how you scale.
