📺 Why Good YouTube Channels Still Don’t Grow
After reviewing many YouTube channels, one pattern shows up again and again.
Most creators aren’t struggling because their content is bad.
They’re struggling because YouTube doesn’t clearly understand who their channel is for.
Common issues I see:
  • Channels covering too many topics instead of one clear audience
  • Titles that don’t match viewer intent
  • Strong videos losing momentum in the first 30 seconds
  • Mixed signals that confuse the recommendation system
When these things aren’t aligned, even high-quality videos can get buried.
The upside?
These are structural problems and structure is fixable.
Often, small adjustments make a bigger impact than uploading more videos.
If you’re building a YouTube channel and feel stuck despite putting in the work, you’re not alone.
Happy to share insights or help look at things from a fresh perspective if it’s useful 💡
