Who is she????

Hey guys, in one of Russell’s video’s I’ve watched lately, I think the 2 comma club one, he mentions a lady that is in a picture with him that (from memory…?) wrote a book or launched something to do with alcoholism and overcoming it or something? Does anyone know any more info than I do on “this lady” (who I’m sure is very lovely), I’ve seen this pic myself, but for the life of me can’t find it anywhere now. Please help!
