I can see how webinars work for selling you as a real estate agent. For example, doing a webinar on how to find off market properties, or ways to finance your real estate purchase, etc.. I am aKeats exploring new ways to differentiate myself from every other real estate agent in my market. I’d like to do more than list a property, put a sign in the yard and load it in the MLS. This is what every agent does. After watching

pre-webinar videos for the Selling Online Challenge, it triggered an idea. How could I use the webinar framework to sell a specific property, especially a luxury home. Is this possible or not a great use of the framework. Would love to hear any ideas from the community.
