A few years back I used to eat a lot of junk food, I mean a lot.
I thought I ate quite healthy, but chips, deli meats, candy and things cooked in seed oils were a daily part of my diet.
not only did it make me feel miserable, depressed, weak and purposeless but it also worsened my addictions, my motivation, relationships, my sleep, my performance as a student and athlete etc, etc, etc.
Now that I actually removed it from my life and I can see how messed up it is, I sometimes look back and wonder how I even made it out of that phase.
I feel way better and actually WANT to work.
So, to give you a little extra motivation to stop, tell us what you dislike most about junk food and why you want to stop. If your experience is comparable to that of other guys, respond to them as well.
