Hi everyone. Have really been struggling with keeping up with inbound leads recently. Also, over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how in God's name I was going to fix follow-up consistency—and I know a lot of people here have too.

Anyway, I was talking to ChatGPT and I think I've got it. Wanted to share it with you all in case it was helpful, also I'm just really glad I finally fixed this problem for myself:

Set up an automation so every new lead triggers an instant first reply.

If there’s no response, have it wait 24 hours.

Send a short follow-up.

Repeat a couple of times, then stop.

Nothing fancy, but the main win is that every lead gets touched quickly, even when I’m heads-down working. Feels like insane leverage.
