The Website “Who Is This For?” Problem
Here's something I see businesses get wrong:
They build their website around what they want to say…
Instead of what their customer needs to know.
Your website might have your story, your services, your achievements, and everything you're proud of.
But if a visitor can't quickly see “How does this help me?”, you've missed an important part of the experience.
Your website should represent your business—but it should also speak to the person you're trying to reach.
Question: If you removed your business name from your website, would your ideal customer still know that the website was built specifically for them?
