Okay, I just figured out the coolest thing. I’m building an app for a client with a mountain of courses, keynotes, and podcast episodes. The obvious move is to put it all inside a membership site and make a Success Path. I’ve built those for years. They can be great. But they still ask a lot from the customer. What is available? Which path fits me? Where am I in this whole maze? Which piece of content is the one I need right now? I have been inside membership sites with so much good stuff that you do not know where to start. It feels like a kid in a candy store until you grab the closest thing, hope it helps, and get disappointed. So we are doing something different. The app has features that move the customer through the Success Path with as little effort as possible. Then we added a 24/7 AI adviso, trained on every possible piece of content that also knows what they are working on. It can suggest useful questions. With one click, the customer can ask the advisor. It can answer from the expert’s body of knowledge and bring forward the right training, keynote, or episode where the expert explains the problem they are stuck on. Not a giant library.. Help in context.. Right where they are.. Right now. Here is how to build it. First, have your AI builder create a corpus and pipeline for your content. It should transcribe the material and map what each piece teaches. Second, give your app a way to read that corpus and pull forward the material that fits the customer’s question. Third, put the advisor inside the app so it is available wherever the customer gets stuck. That gives your customer a way to access your thinking without waiting for a call or digging through a hundred lessons. 🚀 - James
