I have to really focus because Russell talks so fast, and I have hearing aids. I'd like to figure out how to slow his speech down. That being said, tonight I listened to Transition. That is really important to go from the education bit to the sales pitch. So what I learned tonight is really simple: just say, "Can I ask you a question?
